A replacement primary crusher support frame, built and swapped in 72 hours.
A fatigue crack in the original frame shut the quarry's primary crusher. We laser-scanned the existing steel, redesigned the weak nodes and ran our shop around the clock.
The new frame was installed over a bank holiday weekend, and production restarted on Tuesday morning.
