A 1,200 m² two-tier mezzanine installed while the warehouse stayed live.
Kelham Logistics needed to double their pick-face capacity without closing the warehouse for a single day. We designed the mezzanine around their racking layout and phased the erection across twelve night shifts.
All connections were bolted to avoid hot works on the live floor. The steel was primed and fire-protected off site, then lifted in with two compact crawler cranes.
